• It is possible that sometime extra charges like Taxes or Duties may applied by the recipient country's custom department at the time of delivery. Kindly note that Send Rakhi Online does not liable for these charges, as for some International deliveries duties may be charged as per the particular country norms. Most parcels are being delivered without extra charges or duties, but it is totally beyond our control.
• Sweets, flowers or other such products which are perishable in nature, the delivery attempted only once. In case of delivery not executed during first attempt due to insufficient or incorrect address, shipping address found locked or refuses to accept, recipient not found at home. In any of these cases No Refund would be entertained for the order.
• In few countries some products are not possible to ship like sweets, thali etc. Therefore, we are not responsible to deliver such products.
• As rakhi, pooja thali are hand-made or handicraft products; it may be slightly different from the picture shown on the website. However we will try to make sure that we will deliver the products as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown.

The pricing of rakhi and rakhi gifts displayed on the website are for internet orders. The pricing may be changed any time without any prior information and/ or notice. Send Rakhi Online is not liable for any photographical or photographic errors.
